In this 1:1 coaching process we will define your vision for being the most effective leader you can be and meet biweekly to help you LIVE your vision.

  • This type of leadership coaching is right for you if you are a leader that holds one or more marginalized identities and want a coach who understands the additional challenge of leading in systems that do not fully accept who you are. This customized coaching will help you be an effective leader while maintaining your authentic self.

  • The responsibility of leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility (DEIBA) work can be overwhelming. Whether you are a DEIBA leader or a leader looking to become better at leading inclusively and equitably, work with me 1:1 to do the personal work necessary to be effective.

  • Many leaders thrive in groups of peers who have similar experiences. Meeting with leaders outside your organization provides a safe space to discuss your challenges. Join leaders from other organizations in this coach-facilitated biweekly virtual group to get coaching, share information and resources, generate ideas, and more!

  • Coaching, unlike therapy, advice-giving or mentoring, is a partnership that maximizes the potential for new awareness, insights, ideas and plans. Coaching is empowering. Instead of telling you what to do, a coach helps you do the work necessary to remove blocks often created by unhelpful mindsets and unchecked assumptions. Through the coaching process, a leader develops new skills, ways of thinking, and behavior patterns that lead to greater leadership success.

  • A leader is anyone who is tasked with managing and mobilizing people to fulfill a common purpose. You do not have to be in the C-suite to be considered a leader. Leaders can be at any level of a hierarchical system, a co-leader in a flat system or a leader of a community. If your job is to influence, manage and support people in service of achieving a particular vision or outcome, you are a leader!
